How do I order?

You can drag items into the shopping bag or open item and add to cart. If you do not have an account select the sign in button and select create a new account option on the bottom.

How do I pay?

Pay Pal is a secure method of payment which gives you the option to have funds taken out of a bank account or from your choice of credit cards.

Don’t have a Pay Pal account. Select link to set up a new account. Pay Pal

I will ad additional services if requested.
Shipping?

Shipping is calculated automatically by UPS or Fed Ex. SCV Reef does not make anything from shipping and discounted rates are automatically calculated. A foam container and heat or ice pack is still needed and included free of charge for all live goods.

Several shipping options are already available.

Live goods must be shipped next day!!!

If you are ordering Dry Goods you can select ground service.

With all shipping a tracking number is provided via E-Mail.

Santa Clarita Valley residents have the option of selecting drop off for free an all items purchased which total over $100.

 

What if you don”t have the items I am looking for to ad up to $100 for free shipping?

Please E-Mail rvogel@scvreef.com to see if I can find what you are looking for to ad to the online shop or to see if I can make exceptions based on proximity.

 

Is my information secure?

Shopping cart is SSL secured. All data is encrypted once you have signed in to your account. You will see a pad lock on the lower right on your cart to make you aware that any data is encrypted.

Pay Pal is also encrypted and one of the safest methods to pay online.
